Hemanshu kumar has a maritime career spanning over 17 years including tenure at sea on board most types of merchant vessels – Oil tankers, Chemical tankers, Bulk carriers, ROROs, Container ships amongst others. A graduate in BE (Marine Engineering) from prestigious India. Hemanshu kumar worked on vessels owned by Seaarland Mangament,D’Amico ships,  shipping amongst other leading companies. Besides arranging Oil Majors vetting and similar challenges to his profile until date with Univan Ship Management, (Hong Kong)

He has 15 years’ experience in Shipping. Sailed as Master and have experience with Gas Carrier, Bulk carrier and Container Carrier. His crew handing and docking preparation has been asset to company. Graduated with Nautical Science. from LONDON 2002.

He has multiple hats during his career path which has enabled him to experience and learn the overall maintenance of vessels including dry-docking on gas tanker and bulk carrier vessels with Dockendale ship management, Selandia ship management, SCI and Dynacom tankers management.

Capt. Subhnedhu Subudhi is the member of the senior management Team of VL Global Shipping. Due to his versatile experience and knowledge has been tasked with the Marine affairs and responsibilities. He is also the Designated Person Ashore. Responsible for Safe Operations of all Vessels under VL Global Shipping.As experience of loading master for Western Bulk Singapore company.

He has completed and possess the certificates for “Risk Assessment”, “Quality & safety management”, “Awareness in environmental management system”, “Ship and Hull inspection”, “Marine accident and incident investigation”, “Management of Change” and “Awareness in company QSMS Human relation and Internal Auditing” courses.

Cleared stringent inspections by international stakeholders such as foreign state administrations, international certification agencies and oil majors with “Zero Non-Conformity.”

Implemented, managed and maintained Company Policies as per the requirements of the Quality Assurance System. Ensured control maintained over all work through the application of the Control of Work system incorporating the Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), Risk Assessment (RA) procedures. Maintained the vessel in a state of readiness to manage all types of emergencies, including notification and response, as per international regulations.

Gary has a maritime career spanning over 15 years including tenure in shipping. G Rakesh has experience in the areas of maintenance & Dry docking of Fully Refrigerated Gas carriers, Oil tankers and Bulk carriers. G Rakesh is the member of VL Global management team. He heads the Technical division. He guides and mentors our team of engineers.

He holds BE in Marine engineering from DMET (now MERI), Kolkata and worked up to rank of Chief engineer on ships owned by Ravenscraft Shipping Inc, Tschudi & Eitzen group, Qatar Shipping Company, MOL and Anglo Eastern Ship Management. He has expertise in Marine Electrical instrumentation and Automation control systems, MAN B&W ME Engines or Electronically controlled engines, Yard deliveries, management take overs, Dry dock Supervision, Class survey, Vetting, ISM and all major inspections. He is managing a team of executives & guiding staff to address and resolve performance bottlenecks by planning effective manpower deployment & works scheduling of qualified workforce; addressing training needs of staff to enhance skills

2016-17 : Project in charge of FPSO : Preservation planning , Execution , Dealing with the vender as well as dealing with the client . & Also providing the man power for different project.
